The Need to Knows
Visiting a new church can be intimidating. There's always a bit of a learning curve. Here's a run down of what you need to know for your first visit to SFPC.
-
Traditional worship style (mostly). Think hymns, organ and piano music, a wonderful choir. We also sing more contemporary praise music from time to time.

-
Liturgical: Every church has liturgy (the work of the people). Worship at SFPC is structured with communal readings, congregational hymns, scripture readings, prayers, the reciting of certain historical creeds, and more.

-
Communion: On the first Sunday every month, we celebrate the Lord's Supper. You don't have to be a member of SFPC to partake; the invitation is open to all who place their trust in Jesus as Lord.
-
Kid Friendly the wiggles, laughter, and yes, even cries of young children are welcomed here at SFPC. Children are not just the future of the church, they are also the present of the church. We also provide Wee Church, a program designed to teach younger children about worship (in a more interactive context).

-
Welcoming: God's love abounds here at SFPC! We can't wait to meet you. Come as you are. SFPC joyfully welcomes everyone in the name of Jesus Christ.
See you soon!
SFPC is a white modern-looking building at the intersection of Hwys 31 and 225, at the top of Spanish Fort hill on the eastern side of Mobile Bay. It's easy to find!

There's a visitor parking spot just for you, and directional signs to point you in the right direction, and our members are very helpful if you have any questions.
